Sunday Schedule Change
Please note effective September/8th Sunday and forward, we will move our weekly Sunday 6pm classes to the same day 12pm noon time. These will be 60-minute pre-recorded classes with our posture leader Daisy. We hope to have Sunday 6pm classes open soon again in the future.
